The world is changing faster today than ever before. Jobs, relationships, and industries are being redefined, reimagined, and at times replaced altogether. At the same moment, new exciting technologies are coming into existence which were once considered only possible in science fiction. Edward Zemba, CEO of Link TO VR, an XR Media Agency working with some of the largest technology brands in the world, will take us on a journey discussing the one constant of today – change. Learn how you can position yourself to benefit from the fast-paced transformative shifts taking place across all industries. His talk will cover topics spanning the fields of eXtended Reality, Artificial General Intelligence, (AGI), as well as web 3.0, and the metaverse. He will reveal how these technologies hold the power of bringing us all closer together or driving us further apart from one another. Much will be determined by how we choose to prioritize human compassion, interconnectivity, and empathy as these technologies become further integrated into our lives. Edward Zemba is the founder, president, and CEO of Link to VR – an XR agency that has helped numerous Fortune 500 companies harness the power of spatial computing. He is a leader and educator in Spatial Computing, with experience in visual media and community outreach, recognized by BusinessWest’s 40 Under 40. Zemba serves on the national educational curriculum committee for the Professional Photographers Association and the enterprise committee for the VR/AR Association. He co-founded and presides over the 501C3 charity Unify Against Bullying, and has directed campaigns for several organizations. A frequent public speaker, Zemba has presented for organizations including MassMutual, MGM, Dell Technologies, Mercy Ships, and Intel, among others. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
